We collect only the information needed to process your order: name, shipping address, email, and any contact details provided at checkout. This information is used solely to confirm, produce, and ship your order — it is never sold or shared with third parties beyond what's required to fulfill the order (e.g. shipping carriers, production partners).

Payment data is handled directly by the selling platform (Etsy or the relevant payment gateway) — we never store your card or payment account information.

You may request to view, correct, or delete personal information tied to your order at any time by messaging us through the shop.

Because items are made to order (print-on-demand / personalized), we do not accept returns for a change of mind once an order has entered production, unless the item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or doesn't match what was ordered.

If there's an issue with your item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos/video showing the problem. We'll arrange a reprint or refund depending on the situation.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

Production usually takes 2-5 business days before an order is handed off to the carrier. Actual delivery time depends on the destination and carrier, typically 5-15 business days.

Tracking numbers are shared as soon as they're available, through the messaging channel on the ordering platform. If a package is lost or unusually delayed, please reach out and we'll help trace it with the carrier.

By placing an order, you confirm that any personalized content or images you request are ones you're legally entitled to use, and don't infringe on a third party's intellectual property. We reserve the right to decline production of content that infringes copyright, trademark, or applicable law.

Designs and product imagery we create remain the property of the shop, and are licensed for the buyer's personal use only — they may not be copied or resold in any form.

This policy may be updated from time to time; the version shown at the time you place your order is the one that applies.
